Information you provide
If you contact us, submit an inquiry, or use our virtual staff chat, we may receive your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, your selected topic, and anything you include in your message. Please do not send passwords or sensitive personal information through the inquiry form or chat.
Virtual staff chat
When you use the chat, your messages and a browser-generated session identifier are sent to our automation provider, n8n, and processed with OpenAI to produce replies and summarize your business needs. Conversation details are stored in a private n8n data table. If you request follow-up and give permission, a summary and the contact information you provide may be sent to us through Google Gmail.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting and security providers may process basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, requested pages, and the date and time of a visit. This information is used to deliver the site, keep it secure, diagnose problems, and understand general site usage.
We do not currently use advertising cookies or sell personal information. If analytics, advertising tools, or other technologies are added later, this policy will be updated to describe them.

Service providers
We may use service providers for website hosting, domain management, email, form delivery, workflow automation, and AI-assisted chat. This currently includes n8n, OpenAI, Google Gmail, and, when the contact form is connected, Formspark. These providers may process the information needed to provide their part of the service under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Sharing information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the site or deliver requested services; when required by law or a valid legal process; or when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, protect security, or defend legal rights. If the business is reorganized or transferred, information may be included in that transaction subject to applicable law.
Data retention and security
We keep inquiry and customer information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your inquiry, subject to any information we must retain for legal or legitimate business reasons. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under local law.
